Williams was brought up by both her parents. Her father and her mother. They had divorced at a very early age. She was educated in Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran of manicurists who has never been satisfied with the same old nail polish.
